PB Teen is awful!
I have had the worst experience trying to order a bed for my daughter. When I first ordered it July 5th, it was due to get to our home the beginning of August.
Great, her birthday is August 25th! Then, it never shows up, I have to search to find my order, it says back ordered again until the middle of August. Okay, no email or notification, but okay. Then it is now the end of August and no notification and no bed.
Oh wait, it's been back ordered until the end of SEPTEMBER! Are you kidding me? You didn't think to email me and let me know. So, we want to cancel this and order a new bed.
Nope, can't get any customer service to help me. They say it will take 1-2 weeks to cancel, they don't even ask if I want a different bed maybe. Nothing. I ask to talk to a supervisor, at first she doesn't want to let me, when I insist, she leaves me out there on hold and nobody every comes to the phone.
There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO, we are sorry for your experience, how can we help you to make it better?
Can we look at a bed that might be in stock? This company is AWFUL!

Poor quality furniture/poor customer service
I ordered a desk and hutch from PBTeen. The drawers did not align properly and the desktop did not even attach to the cabinets, making the whole piece unstable.
Although they pledge to stand behind their quality, so far they have failed to do so. I have been put on hold for hours, told that I would have to send photos of the defective piece, then told that I would have to wait at home for one of their reps to inspect the piece and verify what I said. They have made it virtually impossible to return or exchange this piece of junk. A shame, because I have bought many items from PBKids and PBTeen over the years.
They no longer deliver a quality product or service.

Great Experience with PB Teen
I wanted to leave a good review for PB Teen because I'm not a fan of buying things online because you never know what the outcome is going to be. So when I do buy something online, I rely on reviews to help me out.
I bought a desk chair from PB Teen on Sunday Night and the expected delivery date was the following Monday. It is currently Wednesday (3 days after my purchase) and I received my chair. I don't pay for express shipping, just standard shipping and my item arrived early and in perfect condition. I wanted to share my experience because I saw a lot of reviews saying that they had problems with receiving their products so I thought I was taking a risk by ordering something from PB Teen.
Well the risk was worth it because all went well. My only complaint is the pricing because they are very expensive, but going into it I think everyone expects that they will be paying a lot out of pocket.

PbTeen transformed my daughter's room!
We really needed to update my daughter's bedroom from a little kids room to a tween room. We changed everything except we kept her current white furniture (good condition). We painted the walls and then added PB teen wall decor, carpeting and bedding. I must say- her room is completely stunning. It's so beautiful that her friends took pictures and posted them online or on video blogs. Even the boys like it.
I never though it would have such a big impact. Just amazed and love it!
P.S- During the process we hit trial and error. Meaning we liked some items and didn't like others. I got refunded for everything I returned. Never had any issues.

Worst company ever!
I never write reviews but feel compelled in this case. Ordered an Eco lounger faux fur media chair, ivory luxe polar bear, item 586****, for my daughter on November 28th with a ship date of 12/18.
This item was for Christmas. When no information was provided by the 18th, I called customer service. They assured me that they were committed to getting items delivered in time and not to worry. However they had no way to contact the warehouse that was making the chair and didn't even know where the warehouse was located.
Called again on the 23rd with the same response. When I still had no information in January, contacted them again and they said that the chair would be shipped on January 30th and to look for an e-mail. On the 31st when there was no e-mail, I called again. They transferred me to someone else and disconnected me.
When I called back, I insisted on speaking to a supervisor and got his voicemail. He took 4 days to call me back and left me a voicemail saying that the fabric was on back order..for 6 months! Where in the world could fabric be coming from in which it would take 6 months to come in. He said that he would call me back so we could make it right.
5 days later when I didn't hear anything from him again, I called customer service and was told to either order something else or cancel. I again insisted that I get something for the horrible way this was handled, that I was lied to about the item shipping, and for waiting for 2.5 months. For all of this stress, I was given a 30.00 gift card. Needless to say I will never shop at PB teen and will be posting this review wherever I can.
I will also make sure that all of my friends and family are aware of their horrible customer service. They should be put out of business.

Do NOT buy furniture from this site!
It was our experience that the furniture is of poor quality.
But even if one wished to debate the quality, the process is terrible.
You must assemble the furniture which takes time and effort; then you look at what you have created; if you don’t like it you then must disassemble the furniture and put it all back it to its tiny little boxes; then you must PAY the shipping to get rid of it!
All of this effort to spend the same money as your local furniture retailer who will delivery and set-up for free.
This simply makes no sense.
Mini Fridge Cart
The mini fridge cart had wheels you are supposed to screw in but there is not threads on the wheels!!! So the cart has no wheels and scratches my wood floor because there is nothing to hold it in place.
Called and called customer service with no answer just stayed on hold forever. Emailed customer service and still no reply....... Quality is *** and so is the customer service.
I expected more from Pottery Barn and am very disappointed. Will never order from them again.

Paramount bed set
The filing cabinet that came with the bed and desk does not match the color or look. The wood grain is very prominent on the filing cabinet and since it is directly next to the desk, it is very noticable.
The color is not white like the rest of the set but has a yellow hue to it. A replacement was sent and the even the delivery men said that it was worse and that we should not accept it. I have been trying to work with customer service but they are not help at all. I would not be as upset if I hadn't paid so much for this set.
I wanted to put a comment on their website but they no longer have that option (I wonder why?). I have been trying to get this fixed for almost 3 months now and just keep getting the run around.

Incomplete order,returns and credit owed to credit card is a battle for months!!
Thought I was Christmas shopping early when original order was submitted the end of November. Here it is the middle of February and the issues still are not resolved.
Incomplete order arrived about a week prior to Christmas. Who takes that long to deliver in this day in age? Now scrambling for missing items. After several attempts to call custom service and many hours on hold, I reach someone for missing item.
Claimed it would be shipped, it was, however a lamp is no good without a lamp shade!! More phone calls trying to track it down. Unfortunate for me, some of the items had to be returned. Never an easy process at PBT!
Items returned the 2nd of January. Shipping label printed from their website. Its now February, still claiming haven't received them or they are lost somewhere in warehouse!! Amazon emails their customers the second they receive a return.
How is a PB customer suppose to know if it got to them or not? Long story short, many promises on phone from Customer Service but promises always broken. My credit card has never been credited at 3 months later. Think I should charge them interest for the credit due me!!
So disappointed in this company.
Can't wait to clear this mess up and close my account to NEVER to business with them again!! Be ware future customers!!!!

Update-for lack of a different word. The chair ordered in Dec 2017 has still not shipped and I do call once in awhile to see what they say.
Every rep who says they will follow this with me to whatever outcome-all go radio silent(and I am not rude or yelling) I think they just have nothing to say and are embarrassed-but nobody says-"it is not ever arriving or no longer available" and nobody offering a gift card or discount to make up for this debacle. My daughter still wondering why her Christmas gift has never manifested.
SAME problem. I ordered the Cushy Lounge (2 pieces) in January and was told it would be here in 12 weeks and it's still not here at 17 weeks.
The stupid pedestal that goes with it won't be here until July sometime. It is also apparently on backorder. This is absolutely ridiculous and the crabby, unhelpful customer service lady was unapologetic and kept telling me the estimated delivery dates are just that - estimated.
I can see being off by a week or so but off by months is unacceptable. I will NEVER order from them again!
I'm having a horrible online shopping experience with PBteen. This company is by far the very worst online store I have ever bought from.
and will never buy from them again. So frustrating!! I mean how hard is it to send a confirmation email to someone after they place an order...(and no it was not in my junkmail) But they seem to ohave no problem emailing me to buy something.
That is just the tip of the iceberg with how incompetent they are, I just went downhill from there. Still haven't received my order, 6 weeks later....ugh.
Update-I am still getting the same treatment-shipping dates that come and go and nobody has anything to say except they are waiting for the manufacturer to respond to them-which is really quite unbelievable. I have to contact them each time a week passes or a shipping date passes.
I have also now purchased my child a different "big main gift" that the chair was meant to be. I have tried email thru the contact on their website which a supervisor told me is the only way corporate will be aware of this issue(which also seems crazy) and have heard nothing. The person who is my contact will not quantify any discount amount-says we will discuss this when item arrives-which is crazy because i have now spent $$ for a replacement gift so not thinking I want to spend $250 for the chair on top.

I am in the same situation and they keep telling me they have no way to contact the manufacturer of this item other than email and wait and have heard nothing. I have called 3 times.
I have not had anyone tell me June. I do not believe that the only thing they can do is wait for the vendor to respond-this is a large company and obviously there must be an inside contact person to call.
I think the B.S. is the worst part as this is also a Christmas gift and without valid information I have no idea whether to cancel and get my daughter something else or wait.

delivery date of 12/18/17. I FINALLY got a supervisor who gave me his email. I know wake up every morning and email him. The same manufacturer who won't respond to an email is who i'm waiting for to cancel my order!
When i have asked why can't PBT who i placed the order with cancel its dead silence.
last week i filed a =complaint with the BBB. I forwarded the contact at PBT the complaint.
Same exact thing for the same bloody chair has happened to me this month. Ordered in 11/27 2017 and was recently told it would arrive in JUNE!
what fabric did you order? I ordered the snow leopard but no one has told me anything! I just want my order cancelled at this point so I can go get my kids something else
