PBteen - PB Teen billed my credit card for $180 for an item I didn't order and then tried to refund it with a gift card.
Placed an order with PB Teen. The next day they hit my card for an additional $180.
I immediately called customer service who told me a refund would take 5 business days. That time passed with no refund. After a second call I was sent a PB Teen gift card for the $180. At this point my calls to customer service are being bumped to a supervisor who tells me that is their process and hangs up.
I'm no lawyer, but if a company takes money from your account and converts it to PB Teen dollars without your consent, is that not theft? I think I will ask the state attorney general.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $180.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
PBteen Pros: Some of your products.
PBteen Cons: You stealing my money.
