PBteen - Furniture scam
You order furniture, they charge your credit card, months go by and furniture doesn’t show up. This happened to me with just one small piece of furniture. If you go to their social media page, there are folks there who are out thousands for entire bedroom sets.

UPDATE! Still waiting on the bed. Just got off the phone with them, and they “claim” that it should be available to schedule for delivery in a week or so. That means at least 2 more weeks. NEVER order furniture from PBTeen! It will never arrive!

PBteen - No response from customer service email
Bought the “Fur-rific “ bean bag covers (2) and discovered immediately that they shed more than 3 dogs! Waited it out a couple of months to see if it stopped and it didn’t. When I sent email to customer service asking what my options were for returns/exchange for different product, I got no reply.

PBTeen has serious inventory control issues. When you buy and have delivery dates set, you cannot rely on them. They constantly change and extend delays over and over. Dates shift every week. 6.5 months for furniture..... really? I can’t even get bedding ordered 3.5...Read more
