I purchased four pendants. They sent me out four. One was chipped. I sent it back and have been waiting for four months for the light! I have multiple calls in. I remodeled my whole main floor. At this point I will probably have to buy another one so I have the matching light! They sole from me by not sending me out the light after I mailed them the hipped one. Ridiculous!

ordered an item then found out it was on backorder after the fact. They charged my card immediately, but product wasnt available until 6-8 weeks. After 10 weeks, i still have no bookshelf. Customer service is ridiculous and they say they will find out where the item is. They never follow up and you are never allowed to speak to anyone else. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with!!!
