I ordered a full set of furniture for my daughters' room two years ago and it was a great experience. This summer I ordered a full set for my sons' room and it has been nothing but a headache.

Every time I need to call customer service I am on hold a minimum of 30 min and every time I finally get through they seem to solve my problem but in fact, they don't and I have to call back again and again. Today I am on my 4th or 5th call and so far I have been on hold for 42 minutes and counting.

Are you going out of business or have you just reduced costs so severely in your customer service department that you can no longer staff it adequately? This has been the WORST shopping experience I've ever had.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $120.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
