PBteen - Terrible customer service/no ship
I ordered a whole wall system for my daughter 2 months ago. Once piece was on back order.
The date kept changing but I got no notice. It came back in stock but I never got it. I called and waited usually 30-45 minutes probably 6 times. Everyone saying it would ship within 24 hours nothing.
They told me I could cancel b/c it was in the process of shipping. Finally they cancelled it and ordered me a new one...guess what it wonโt ship either. No one knows why. They tell me a supervisor is not available and that they will call me back.
Iโve emailed with no response as well as reached out on social media...nothing. I would just forget about it but everything is all up and Iโm just waiting for this one piece. No one is helpful at all.
I have never dealt with such a unorganized and incompetent company. I will never order from this company again!
